This Help Center answers the most common questions about using OhmegleGirl. Most first-session confusion clears up once you know how OhmegleGirl works — one camera prompt, a set of free matches, then the queue.

How to Start a Video Chat

Open OhmegleGirl in a supported browser, choose video, voice, or text, and allow the camera and microphone when asked. You can enter a random video chat for a spontaneous match, or browse Girls Online and choose a profile. New users receive free matches, and you can start video chat without signing up first.

Camera or Microphone Not Working

If your camera or microphone does not connect:

• Check the permission prompt in the browser address bar and allow access.
• Open site permissions and make sure the camera and microphone are allowed.
• Select the correct device if you have more than one camera or mic.
• Close other apps that may be using the camera.
• Refresh the page, or try an updated supported browser.

Matching, Next, and Availability

Matching looks for whoever is free at that moment, so a busy evening usually connects in around ten seconds and a quiet afternoon takes longer. Next leaves the current match and puts you back in the queue.

Someone can also step away between you opening her profile and the chat starting — that is normal on a live list, and you can go straight back to browsing or take a random match instead.

Free Matches, Coins, and VIP

New users get a limited number of free matches so they can try the service. Additional matches, private chat, virtual gifts, and selected content may require coins or VIP. Prices are shown before you confirm any purchase, and everything they unlock belongs to the same chat features you tried free.

How to Report or Block a User

Every conversation has Report and Block controls. Block prevents further contact through supported areas of the platform; Report sends a case to our moderation team. Reporting is separate from Next — use it whenever someone breaks our Community Guidelines. If you cannot find a control, describe what happened through Contact Us.

Accounts and Registration

The first matches run without registration. An account comes in when something has to outlast the session — carrying on past your free matches, buying coins or VIP, opening private chat, or finding a profile again tomorrow. Account details can be managed, and you can ask us to delete them.
